What we collect

When you submit a band through this website, we collect the information you enter, including artist details, contact information, your description, and the music, video, social or press-kit links you provide.

How we use it

We use submission information to review music, decide whether it may fit Bad Club Media programming or coverage, contact the submitter, and maintain internal submission records.

Where it is stored

Submissions are delivered to a Bad Club Media email account and may also be kept in a private server-side backup that is not publicly accessible through the website.

Spam and security

The form uses security controls such as session validation, automated-bot traps and rate limiting. A one-way hash derived from a network address may be stored temporarily to enforce submission limits; the form does not intentionally store the raw network address in the submission record.

Sharing and retention

Submission information is used by the Bad Club Media team and is not sold. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for review, follow-up and internal recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete a submission by contacting hello@badclubmedia.ca. Include enough information for us to identify the submission.
